An unhealthy diet is the largest risk factor for premature death and disability in the developed word.
I hold a B.Sc. in Molecular Biotechnology from the TU Munich and currently pursue a master's degree in nutrition science from the Karolinska Institute.
The past five years I have been working as a nutritionist and personal trainer consulting clients and companies.

Weight management
Obesity is a pandemic rooted in the mismatch of our ancient genetics shaped by caloric scarcity and our modern affluent food environment.
Tackling this issue most effectively requires not only expertise in nutrition but also sound understanding of habit formation and support during this process.
A comprehensive weight management strategy also includes physical exercise. With my experience as personal trainer I help you find a strategy that is enjoyable, practical and efficient for your needs.
Plant-based diets
Plant-based diets such as vegetarian or vegan diets have been shown to have an array of health benefits such as a reduced risk for cardio-vascular disease, type-2 diabetes, obesity, and certain types of cancer. Above that they are the most sustainable diets and help reduce animal suffering. However, proper planning is necessary to avoid certain nutritional deficiencies. I teach how to create a sustainable, delicious and healthy plant-based diet during all stages of life.
Acne & nutrition
Acne is the most common skin disease worldwide. However, there are stark differences in the prevalence of this disease. In the developed world around 90% of teenagers are affected by acne and about 50% of people still deal with it in their twenties. However, some populations following a more primordial lifestyle and diet were found to have no acne at all at any stage during their life.
This finding sparked research into the connection between diet and acne showing that many elements of a modern diet aggravate this disease.

You can request an appointment using the contact form below. In the first session we will discuss your needs and what help I can offer. This session is free. Further sessions run at 100 €/h (ca. 119 USD).
A common strategy is to have about ten hours of sessions over a six months period. Starting out, the sessions will be longer and more frequent to find the best strategy, teach you the necessary knowledge and trouble-shoot any problems that come up. Over the months sessions will become shorter and more infrequent as you will have settled in to your new dietary habits and routines. We will check in regularly to track your progress and make small adjustments as needed.
